The  above top of the line option
 
  • Double clad, fully insulated (floors,walls,ceilings), double glazed windows/doors.
  • spouting and decking included. Floor area 4mtr x 2.4mtr
  • cost erected $16000 + any site preparation/foundations
 
  • Cabins can be supplied as kitset, custom made on site, or ready-made and craned on site.
  • Totally lined ( including solid wood flooring) can be placed on level site or sloping ground 
  • Most find quite satisfactory the single skinned 40mm thick, interlocked solid wood  construction for floor, wall, and ceiling.

Prices from $5500 (kitset)
Largest size: 4mtr x 2.4mtr floor area with veranda roof (800) (does not need Building Consent)
Options: Wooden or aluminium joinery
 
  • 1-2 opening windows
  •  Double glass "french doors" or single solid wood door
  • Colour steel or wooden roofing. Gable or lean to style
  • Precut kitset (needs some proficiency to erect) or ready made

Optional Extras - Front decking  approx. $370, according to size.
